Here's baby project IV for baby rainbow. These burp cloths cost me less than RM1 each since I could make use of the extra fabrics from other projects. So far it's the easiest and cheapest project. It's so easy that I could make a dozen but I don't think baby needs that many...haha...

My pregnancy journey (Baby project III - Pillowcase dress)
Finally completed this 'pillowcase' baby dress for baby rainbow after procrastinated for few days. Buying things for babies can be fun but making them yourself is so much more enjoyable. So, I challenged myself to make some dresses for baby and I made it!!! for my maiden attempt. Kind of proud of myself ;P I surprised myself.

My basic skincare routine during pregnancy
As mentioned previously, I experience hormonal acne during my pregnancy, especially around my jawline, chin, chest and back area. Worst during first trimester. Now that I am in my second trimester, it got better.
I try to go with gentle and natural ingredients/products because they are definitely safe for pregnancy and since my skin is more sensitive now as compared to pre-pregnancy, I have to be extra gentle. My daily day and night skin care routine now sticks to the basic 3-steps regime; cleansing, toning and moisturising.

My pregnancy journey (Baby project II - Cloth book)
Here comes the second project for our little one. It took me a week and half to finish this 11-pages cloth book including all the planning on what to include in every pages. Phew. I looked on Google, YouTube and Pinterest for all the inspirations and know-hows and after that drew everything on my own. The Quiet Book Blog gave me a lot of inspirations too. They have all sorts of quiet book ideas from all over the world!

Baby kicks and punches
Are you a first time mom-to-be like me?
If yes, you will be uber excited when you feel the first movement and kick from your baby. It is the most exciting experience for every expectant moms. It is an indication that there is a life growing inside you. How amazing this feeling is, isn't it? I am so grateful to God that I am able to experience this amazing feeling that only mothers can have.

Is swimming safe during pregnancy?
Every pregnant mother-to-be would want the best for their unborn baby. Keeping fit and healthy during pregnancy is one of the things that we, as mothers can do. When you are carrying extra kilos weight of baby, I know, the last thing you would be in the mood for is exercise. However, out of all the exercises, I find that swimming is the easiest to do during pregnancy. In a pool, you would weigh just a tenth of what you weigh on land. This means that you will feel lighter and more limber. However, the question is, is swimming safe during pregnancy?

My pregnancy journey (Baby project I - Quilt blanket)
I’ve been wanting to make a quilt blanket forever, so having our baby to sew for became my perfect excuse to get it done. Learnt it from baby's grandma. I did it little by little, but it was a really simple process. The squares are a decent size, so it doesn’t take forever and it’s simple quilting. So, if you’ve never made a quilt before, this could be a great project for you! (And if you have quilted, it’s still a fun project!)

My pregnancy journey (second trimester)
Right now I am 21 weeks along which means I am into my second trimester. Woho! I would say, overall it has gotten better, that's not to say that everything is 100% normal. I have heard a lot of people saying, "Oh, second trimester is so amazing, you feel as if like before you were pregnant. you can get tonnes of things done." I don't find that to be the case. I'm still much more tired than it would be normally compared to first trimester. However, no nausea and I can get through the day without napping, that's kind of a win in my book.
