Awesome things I love being pregnant!

The fact that a human being is growing inside me, it's amazing. I see life in a total different light. The miracle of life. It's so awesome to think about my body is creating life. When I see how my tummy changes and grow bigger over time and after every scan, seeing baby's movement is mind-blowing. This is awesome!

I realised, when I am pregnant, somehow I make people smile, even strangers. Little toddlers come near me too, somehow they know that I am pregnant.  This is awesome!

I feel joyful most of the time maybe because of mother's instinct. I know there is my baby growing in me and I want him/her to get the joy from me all the time, if not, most of the time. Of course as a mother, I would want my baby to be joyful as well. This is awesome!

I become a pro-napper. No matter what time in a day, I can nap anytime, anywhere, doesn't matter, without feeling guilty about it. This is awesome!

I have very good excuse to go shopping because I can't fit into my clothes anymore. I have to buy new clothes to fit my new body shape. You know, baby clothes too. This is awesome!

It's great excuse to sit on a couch or lie on bed all day doing nothing because physically I can't do many things and just have to let it go and lie there lazily. This is awesome!

Most of the time, I don't have to carry things. If there is anyone around, they will automatically carry for you. Super loved. This is awesome!

This sounds selfish but when is the best time that you can be selfish and it's still fine; being pregnant! Family and friends will be so willing to cater to me. I feel pampered and loved and cared for all the time. I would lie on bed and my lovely awesome hubby would cater to me on any little thing that I requested. It's as simple as getting a glass of water, because as I gain extra weight I do not want to constantly getting up and down to get stuffs. Friends will ask what I would like to eat and they will be so willing to follow my appetite. The benefits of being pregnant. This is awesome!

I get many free gifts too from family and friends. Me and baby feel super duper pampered. This is awesome!

One final one is BOOBS! When I am pregnant, they get bigger. This is awesome!




Update: We just had baby scan today and baby is growing very healthily and is very active. This is very awesome! :)

As much as I enjoy being pregnant, I do get bad days too. Stay tuned for next post.
