The Counter : Custom Built Burgers @ Pavilion

The Counter is a California-based branch. 

You can build your own burger - pick from five types of patties (halal-certified beef, turkey, chicken breast, hand-cut ahi tuna or vegan veggie, in weight categories of 150gm, 225gm or 450gm), then choose your cheeses, 23 kitchen-made sauces & 44 toppings, packaged in a pretzel bun/brioche-style bun/multigrain bun/ciabatta, English muffin or sourdough bread. 

We are not that adventure and selected from their "Expert Builds"




The Counter burger: Beef (hormone+antibiotic free) + sharp provolone + crispy onion strings + lettuce blend + sautéed mushrooms + ripened red tomatoes + sun-dried tomato vinaigrette + brioche style bun

Tuna Tataki burger: Hand-cut ahi tuna + organic mixed greens + pickled carrot + daikon slaw + sliced radish + spring onions + sweet shiracha + ponzu + sliced avocado + brioche buns
