My pregnancy journey (Baby project 11 - Baby Boy's bow tie)

Little baby boy's bow tie - super easy to make! Instructions taken from SeeKateSew. Since I have some leftover fabric scraps, why not, right?

First, cut out three pieces, namely, a neckband piece (13" x 2"), bowtie piece (9" x 4") and a middle piece (3" x 3").

Neckband piece
1) Press in the edges piece so they meet in the center.

2) Next, press it in half again and pin. Sew it up along the edge.

3) Sew velcro onto both ends to meet.

Bowtie piece
1) Sew the long edge.

2) Turn and press.

3) Fold the edges in so they meet in the center. Stitch in place.

Middle piece
1) Fold the middle piece the same way as neckband piece.

Assembly
1) Stack the middle piece, bow tie piece and neckband pieces in this order shown on picture.

2) Wrap the middle piece around the bow tie and neckband pieces. Sew the middle piece together on the back.

Done!!!
