Lavender tea

Lavender is most commonly used in aromatherapy. It's fragrance is believed to help promote calmness and wellness. It's also said to help reduce stress, anxiety and possibly even mild pain.

I am drinking the lavender tea today. It's so fragrant and it's my favourite colour!

So how to make the tea? 

Since lavender it's so fragrant, I only poured 1/3 out of the bottle into a cup of hot water.


Let it simmer for 5 to 10 minutes.


Since I do not have a sieve, I scooped out the flowers using a spoon and voilĂ .
